General terms:
Artwork, designs and ideas produced by Wolsey Close Designs remain the property of Wolsey Close Designs.
All photos of products on Wolsey Close Designs website (and it’s social media) may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
Whilst customer satisfaction is sought by Wolsey Close Designs, it is not guaranteed. The purpose of my gallery is to show previous artworks so that customers can assess the quality and order based on this knowledge.
Commissions of Artwork & Personalised Cards:
1 quality photo of the subject must be provided to Wolsey Close Designs before the commission can be accepted. (A quality photo is taken in well-lit conditions with no strong shadows, with the subject in focus and taking up most of the frame. The photo should be sent at high resolution).
When ordering, please allow approximately 1 month for artwork and 2 weeks for A5 cards. Due to scheduling, this estimate may vary, but the deadline will be agreed upon at the time of ordering. Please also allow postage time should you live outside mainland UK.
A quote is a guaranteed price which will be agreed upon at the time of ordering and will not be exceeded.
Postage:
Postage is included in the agreed price for commissions.
Estimated prices on my website may be more for recipients living outside of mainland UK, this will be costed for your quote.
Postage of printed cards that are not included in multi-buy packs will be confirmed and added to the price before payment.
Payment & Refunds:
Payment will be made in full by the customer before artwork is posted.
Payments for commissioned artwork and personalised cards are non-refundable.
Printed cards and prints which are proven to have been damaged in transit, will be replaced or refunded.
